Open to both curious & experienced. You will expand your connection to your inner voice deeper than before. In this session, I hold space for you to connect with your inner being & stay out of the mind. I ask the questions your mind wants answers to and you will respond as your inner being. This is a unique experience to hear your inner voice speak, receive its perspectives & guidance, release any triggered blocks & emotions if they surface & feel the love, joy, peace that is your inner being. This is designed to be a one-off experience and unlike therapy or coaching. You will receive the full recording to listen back to.
You will release what Jess Lively calls 'emotional bean bags', Michael Singer calls 'Thorns'. This process brings to the surface any unresolved, stuck emotions that are ready to be released. While its not necessary to have done a deep dive session prior, this is best suited if you already have some experience of connecting to your inner voice. If you've had a deep dive session already & would like a follow up to focus further on a specific topic, life experience or bean bag, this is also for you!
This session is for you if you want to transform the way your mind views or reacts to a certain topic. You will focus on one scenario that triggered you recently & transform your beliefs on that topic. You will learn the framework to fully deconstruct & transform any 'mental stories' using the tools of t-coaching. This is the only one-off 'mindset coaching' type of session I offer. Best suited for someone who is curious about self discovery, but is not quite ready for inner voice work yet. You must be willing to be vulnerable & honest for us to be able to go deep. Repeat sessions are not needed in most cases but follow up sessions to focus on different topics are available to book afterwards.
You are ready to live more from your inner voice- but the mind keeps dragging you back. You are ready to approach life in a new way but are constantly battling your mind. In these 3 months, you can have 9 one hour sessions to further integrate your mind with your inner being, have a safe space to continue releasing old beliefs & patterns, and expand your mind to start trusting the inner being more. This will be a mixture of inner voice guiding & mindset coaching. This is best suited for before or when you are going through a significant period of change or when you are ready to approach that topic you experience the most mental resistance around.
Simply, ask your intuition whether you should do a session or not- you have your answer! If you are not sure which session is for you...Those that do the deep dive session tend to be curious to hear their inner voice 'speak out loud', to experience what its like to be totally 'outside of their mind'. Some have minds that doubt whether they really are connecting to their inner voice & are looking for assurance. For some, a shorter length session is just what their mind is prepared for right now. Some just want to release emotional blocks with more ease. All have the desire to connect deeper than before :)
There isn't a level that dictates when you are ready. Simply, how open or resistant the mind is about receiving from your inner voice. If you currently have tons of mental resistance around the concept of inner voice being too "woo-woo" or "out there", and it does not fully resonate with you yet, I would invite you to learn more about it & connect on your own to get started. The basis of inner voice work is that you have all the answers within you. I see my role mainly to hold space for your connection. Having just a single session means you not only receive this unique experience, you also observe the framework/ structure I guide you with. Simply put, you learn to do all of it yourself- whether its listening to your inner voice in this way, releasing emotional blocks or transforming mental stories. Hence, your investment is comparable to a workshop you might take, rather than a treatment or therapy session you may have on a regular basis.
